After 80 years of use, this home required some updates. Our clients wanted to honor the spirit of the original structure while reorganizing and optimizing the layout to fit their lifestyle.
The screened-in porch has fast become their favorite and most used space. This indoor living extension is pleasant to use year-round as it’s protected from the elements and takes advantage of the prevailing breezes.
We are thrilled that our clients have been able to use their renovated home to the fullest.
