Action Isn't a Poster 🤍 This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're thinking about what action really means. Not a hashtag. Not a wellness tip no one asked for. Action is what's available when someone actually needs it. Freelancers are 2.5× more likely to feel lonely than the general working population. Most don't have an HR team or a manager checking in.
