To be seen, heard & rebel like she never had. Yet no one hears her, sees her, believes her.

…And now that I have met her, I still don’t quite know what to do with her.
I see her. I bring her gentleness & space.
Part of me is wondering how to transform her, but maybe just sitting down with her, eye to eye is enough.
Maybe all I need is to learn & remember, to RECENTER - I am not this pain & allow the layers of weight from this body, it’s perceptions & beliefs shed & be reborn into my dreams💛✨
Yoga is my anchor. This practice has always brought me back to centre. More to me. More to love. More that I’m deserving & simply ok to just be. & those layers of life become lighter, more malleable, flexible & expanded.
