🌱 This Mother’s Day, my daughter gave me something I’ll treasure forever.
A vibrant mood board that shows how she truly sees me and the path we’re walking.
At the center is a powerful bird with moss and antlers, soaring with wisdom and wild energy.
But what touched my heart most was the fallen bird - upside down, crown knocked off, with a raw little “WHY...” floating above her.
She sees it all.
The strength, the risk, the beauty, and the moments I’m exhausted, disoriented, questioning everything. She didn’t shy away from that vulnerability.
She illustrated it with honesty and love, then surrounded it with the truths I try to live by:
“Love is infinite. Let love in, and you will be loved.”
“No risk, no story.”
“Before you give up, think about the reason you’ve held on for so long.”
“You have to be odd to be number one.”
This is Solarpunk in its truest form: resilience.
Not the fantasy of constant soaring, but the real cycle: falling, questioning, remembering why we get back up, and choosing to keep building. It’s the soil work. The daily modeling. The quiet persistence of tending something better, even when it’s hard.
Our children are always watching.
This piece is proof that the energy, intention, and love we pour in does land. It becomes part of them.
That’s why we’re so excited for We Birth Worlds. Our all-women’s event is dedicated to creating the rich, nourishing soil where our children and the future can truly flourish. Together we’re exploring what it means to be the regenerative mothers, creators, and leaders this world needs.

When we decide to create an event, it’s never just because something sounds fun or good.

This feels like a moment to remember the agency we hold as women, and also the importance of the feminine weaving with the masculine to create a more whole, more beautiful future.

There’s something powerful that happens when we gather with intention.
Inner Vision was one of those nights that stayed with me.
What could have just been a party became something deeper. People showed up fully for more than just dancing. They showed up to connect, to feel, to remember what they’re here to create.
One of my favorite parts of the night was hearing people reflect their own visions back to me. In the middle of music, movement, and energy, something sparked. It reminded me that when the container is right, people don’t just consume an experience, they step into themselves.
That’s what I’m most grateful for.

We had a great time hosting another Forest Garden Plant Walk with @solarpunksummit at @austinfoodforest . 🌳❤️🦋
The Festival Beach Food Forest is a community-grown edible forest garden on public land along the shores of Lady Bird Lake. It’s an oasis in the heart of the city where anyone can freely forage fresh fruits, herbs, and more while enjoying nature.
This kid-friendly event centered on the theme Land Stewardship as Sacred Reciprocity, honoring the deep mutual relationship between people and the living Earth. @ra_leal_ led a tour through the thriving food forest, where he taught regenerative gardening practices, permaculture design, and ways to nurture abundance in harmony with nature.
We concluded with ecotherapy and forest bathing guided by @jennajasso , a peaceful and immersive practice to reconnect with the healing presence of the forest.
