I had so much fun experimenting with watercolour painting on vintage fabric. I really love how when the light behind the the fabric is on, the whites go darker- the white swans almost become black swans.

The brief was total creative freedom but to draw from their grandmother, a seamstress in the 1920s. This one was super special to make & reminded me of my own grandma who i know is in my orb directing me towards the light 🕯️
