The last 6 months of 2025 have been a whirlwind; from ground zero to our first paying customers in just 200 days. Yes, 200 days, including the construction of the BUILDING!

I have done pre openings before, but never to this scale and also where we had the opportunity to build everything from the ground up. Let’s just say, there is so much to talk about with that journey on its own. But we will go into more details with later content.

For now, a very quick recap of how it took a village to bring this beast to life.

Hey guys, it’s been a while. Firstly, I’m so sorry for being behind on so much content. It’s shameful, really. But here we are, taking a deep dive into what has taken up so much of my time over the last six months. The opening of my dream clubhouse in Cherng Talay. The boy from Phuket is going home.

I did not want to open another restaurant just for the sake of opening one. I wanted to build something that needed to exist. SōL is not about one cuisine, one moment, or one type of guest.

It’s about how people live, eat, drink, and come together in Phuket. This is not just a restaurant.
It’s a place shaped by emotion, intention, and memory.
