Backup daily decided my wallet needed to be drained, New water pump, upper & lower rad hose, aux belt pulleys, belt tensioner, thermostat & flanges, and the 30L of coolent it needs π
Also new fan clutch because someone decided to put locktite on it
Everyone wants a big diesel till itβs time to repair it
Maintenance over modifications π«‘
Some simple yet needed repairs:
Timing belt
Water pump
Cam & intermediate shaft Seal
New aux belts
Valve cover Gasket + a nice paint match while itβs off
Injector seals
Intake filter
Thermostat and flange
Block coolant flange
Fixed some wiring along and wrapped a bunch of others to clean it up
Swapped vac lines for black lines just for cleanliness
Changed lift pump housing as it was cracked and leaking along with a fresh fuel filter Probably missed something in there but thatβs most of it
