Designed aperitivo nibbles for @yuzefi new flagship opening, taking cues from the store’s colours, tiles, shelving and sculptural silhouettes.

Last week we had the pleasure of curating a brunch for the launch of @coteetciel & @merrell_1trl ’s collaborative shoe project. An honour to work alongside @tomducarouge and his team who produced a series of metal structures throughout the space. We provided a selection of seasonal canapés for guests :
⭐️ Smoked mackarel tartlet with dill crème fraîche and beetroot charcoal tartlet

Soft Studies at Giacco’s ⭐️
This Sunday we’ll be taking over @giaccos_ldn and serving an all day menu. I’ve always loved Italian cuisine, and the menu we’ve created brings together comforting Turkish dishes with the warmth and simplicity of Italian cooking. I wanted to reinterpret the flavors I grew up with through the perspective of an Italian trattoria familiar yet heartfelt.

Soft launching our little bottles last weekend with @greater.goods - hot sauce & friends dinner celebrating their newly opened GGLAB space. A dedicated space hosting artist residencies over the next few months.
Buckwheat, toasted almond, yuzu, and sea salt tea for New Balance’s Together Laps London activation. This tea served as a post-run hydration alternative for runners, offering complex carbohydrates from buckwheat for sustained energy, while toasted almonds delivered healthy fats and protein for muscle repair. Yuzu’s vitamin C enhances immune function, and the sea salt replenishes lost electrolytes. Earthy & warming 🍂
