I’d like to tell you a little about who I am and where my approach comes from. My background is in psychology and sociology, and my work is shaped by how different identities and experiences intersect.
Through my own experiences, I learned how difficult it can be to find a coach who really understands what it means to live at the intersection of multiple identities — to constantly navigate systems, expectations, and personal realities that don’t always align. That’s why I became a coach myself: to create a space where people can show up as they are, without needing to explain or shrink parts of themselves.
My goal is to help you uncover the answers that already exist within you — around daily life, mental well-being, and the balance you want to create. I don’t offer ready-made solutions; instead, we’ll explore together what’s meaningful, sustainable, and authentic for you☀️

I work with people who aren’t broken, but find themselves stuck in things like confidence, direction, relationships, overwhelm, or the feeling that you’re surviving instead of living.
I’ve seen how many people silence or sideline themselves, while deep down they crave space. Space to breathe, to talk, to feel, without judgment or pressure. Soft Space is exactly that. Just a conversation that shifts something. Gentle where it can be, sharp where it’s allowed.
