had the amazing opportunity to paint an electrical box here in reno!! :-) I have never done anything like this really and found it to be such a huge learning experience both in painting (which I haven’t done seriously in years) but also in making art so publicly!!! from a group of preteens asking ‘are you part of the LGBT?’ to encouraging words shouted from passing cars, there was never really a dull moment. all i can say is mural artists —- y’all make this look EASYYY.
i know a good place. 🏞️ a love note to the river, sweet memories/dreams of a future swimming freer after surgery + wondering if this is my last summer unchanged in that particular way.
