SURPRISE ! In case you didn’t know, we recorded the entirety of our set at the first edition of Sofrito back in January! The first part of the recording is now available on mixcloud (link in bio)!
Recorded between the end of the last sofrito tastings🥘 (yum) and the arrival of the first dancers 🕺, this first part transports you on a jazzy, funky and soulful journey.

A deeper look at sofrito…. But what is it exactly ?
Originally an aromatic base of onions, garlic, vegetables and other herbs to be used in the confection of simmered dishes across the Mediterranean and in Hispanic countries, Sofrito can also be considered a dish of its own, for instance in Sephardi Jewish cuisine.
For our event, we decided to create our own version of this dish, using high quality local vegetables, fresh herbs and warm spices. Cherry (tomato) on the cake, it’s also completely vegan so everyone can enjoy it!
Tickets including the Sofrito are now sold out, so if you didn’t get a chance to grab one and still want to get a taste of this delicious winter antidote, we highly encourage you to come early!

We truly fell in love with @ursamtl upon our first visit. The dim lighting, intimate dancefloor and fully equipped kitchen really make it the ideal space to share an evening of music and food all together.

We’ll be taking over the dancefloor and kitchen of the beautiful @ursamtl (5589 Av du Parc) on January 27th from 9pm to 2am 🌝
