It’s been two months since Ramadan and I miss it so much already ❤️
A few days before this, myself and
@thethymecapsule decided to host an intimate Iftar at my house. We planned something informal, pretty last minute, and luckily so many of the girls were able to make it. She really pushed me when I’d say, “there’s no time this Ramadan” to which she’d respond “no let’s just do it”😂
More than anything, we wanted this evening to have purpose. The night before, I reached out to two charities that I’ve volunteered with and donated to over the years. I truly believe everyone should do their own research when it comes to where they give, but it felt really meaningful to have conversations around the importance of charity, community, and giving back during Ramadan. Thank you to

@smilecanada for sending a member of your team to my house to join us.
This wasn’t a media event, it was a chance for us to slow down and genuinely connect.

@thethymecapsule did her gorgeous set up with charcuterie and desserts, my brother made his famous lasagna, I made butter chicken, a friend made salad, and so many of the girls brought dessert. Effortless but somehow it looked so put together.

Im really used to seeing many of these girls at media events, passing by quickly between photos and conversations. Bringing everyone into my home and creating space for deeper connection, sisterhood, and intentional conversation during Ramadan felt so, so special.
A room full of girls I met through social media somehow turned into something that felt so grounding and real. Truly one of my favourite nights and I hope to do it again one day! ✨
