Sofie has always loved to move. She studied dance at the Dance Academy in the Netherlands and you can still regularly find her on stage. That same energy is exactly what she brings into the studio. ✨🪩
Alongside performing, Sofie discovered her love for teaching back in 2013 and has been helping people move stronger and with more confidence ever since. Expect that extra push just when you think the reps are over. That little burn, the shake, the moment where you surprise yourself.
All with a smile, energy, motivation and great tunes that keep you going. Don’t worry if you wish you were as flexible as Sofie… we all do.

Thrilled to dance together this May. A weekend full of dancing, sweat, technique, and choreography - spreading our love for dance. Hard work, good vibes, all we need ⭐️
This intensive is open level, but please feel comfortable picking up choreography at a steady pace. We’ll be covering quite a bit of material, so knowledge and dance experience will definitely help you enjoy it to the fullest.
