I started selling coffee from my parents’ driveway during a community yard sale when I was 11.
Now I’m popping up at local events and officially launching Sofie Bean Coffee.
I use locally roasted beans and love making specialty drinks whenever I can.
What started as something fun on my parents’ Breville espresso machine is slowly turning into a little more.
