Crab Island, Destin Florida🐠
This is by far one of the best experiences we have had as a family! Crab Island in Destin Florida is beyond beautiful and there’s so many things to do and see on the water. We rented a boat through @wetnwilddestin which is only a 5 minutes boat ride from Crab Island. The boat fits 12 people and you can choose to upgrade with a Lily pad and a cooler- we did both and that was such a good decision🤩 I will highly recommend this experience if you are planning a trip to Destin.

Alfred’s birthday party was an absolute blast at @rushhourkarting 🥳🏎️
This newly renovated Garner spot seriously leveled things up with an indoor, gas-powered multilevel track and brand-new high-tech karts. The birthday crew had the best time racing, hitting the arcade, trying out the driving simulators, climbing the rock wall, and taking on the Mission Box—plus the dark room added a whole extra layer of fun and excitement 🎉
Off the track, there’s chef-crafted food, a full bar, and plenty to do whether you’re racing or just hanging out. It was the perfect mix of high-energy fun and birthday vibes, and we’re still talking about how much fun both the kids and parents had 🤩👏

🎷NEW ORLEANS🎷
We spent two days in New Orleans during Spring Break and packed a lot into a short time. About 30 minutes after we got to the French Quarter, a Mardi Gras parade started, so we stepped right into the middle of it. There were beads everywhere, music in the streets, and a crowd that made the whole area feel alive.
We also visited the Whitney Plantation, which was really informative and added an important historical perspective to the trip. The next day, we walked through the Garden District, taking in the quiet streets, large oak trees, and historic homes.
It was a quick trip, but it gave us a good mix of energy, history, and slower moments.

Here’s the recipe for a perfect day in Destin, Florida.
We spend the daytime on the beautiful beach, playing in the white sand and the clear water 💦 Afterwards we had an amazing dinner at @surfhutfl which is right on the beach. They serve incredible seafood while you can enjoy the beach view and sunset. They have a great area outside where you can play cornhole, have a drink or just hang out while you wait for a table.
We finished the day off by catching ghost crabs on the beach. Such a great day for the books ✨🐚
