ITS TAKEN ME A LONG TIME TO BE STRONG ENOUGH TO POST THIS..
Coming Back to Me — Inside and Out 🤍
There was a time, not too long ago, when I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognise the woman staring back. As someone who had always been naturally slim, loved fitness, and genuinely enjoyed taking care of myself… falling into a cycle of unhealthy habits, weight gain, and eventually depression was something I never saw coming.
I didn’t just lose my physical identity—I lost my spark, my confidence, my sense of self. That was one of the hardest chapters of my life.
But healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, personal, and powerful. Less than a year later, I’m sharing a before and after—not just to show transformation, but to remind anyone reading this that change is possible. Growth is possible. Coming back to yourself is possible.
This isn’t about appearance. It’s about alignment. It’s about how you feel when you wake up in the morning and whether your habits reflect the love you have for yourself.
No, I’m not “there” yet. But I’m getting closer every single day. And I want you to know—you can too. Whether you’re at your lowest or just feeling a little lost, it’s never too late to choose you again.
This is your reminder: be kind to yourself, take one step at a time, and never underestimate the power of a small decision made daily. You are not alone in your journey, and you are more capable than you think.
Let this smile be proof: the glow hits different when it’s coming from within ✨

So proud of my little sister 🤍 She’s strong, beautiful, and one of a kind. Watching her grow into the amazing woman she’s becoming fills my heart with so much love and pride. You’re truly something special. ✨
