Sacred Island of Bali šŸļø This land called my name for a long time, so I finally answered the call. I spent a month in Bali and was completely blown away by the beauty and ceremony of this island. This land also tested me in more ways than I could have ever expected (more on this in a video I will be posting soon), and I am so grateful to be able to integrate this experience. 1. In awe of the beauty of this land 2. Some of the MANY statues all around 3. Waterfall visit with my Aussie girls šŸ«¶šŸ¼ 4. Rice fields (and another statue) 5. Pyramids of chi @pyramidsofchi sound healing inside pyramids are next level 6. Yoga over the ocean in Uluwatu 7. Bali Bucha!!! Bali has some good kombucha 8. Small compilation of the many motorbike rides I truly enjoyed 9. Sacred paintings inside a temple 10. Cute dinner with my Aussie girls šŸ«¶šŸ¼ (yes I’m obsessed with them & they gave me permission to claim the Aussie life) 11. Stunning sunset from a lovely restaurant 12. Small compilation of the MANY coconuts I had 13. LSV (light, sound, vibration) bed I was in one of the pyramids 14. Ogoh Ogoh (demon statue) for the parade before Nyepi (Balinese new year). They cleanse the island from bad energies and prepare to receive the new year followed by a day of complete stillness and silence. Such a beautiful tradition!! 15. Nasi Goreng, one of my favorite traditional dishes from Bali! Everything was delicious!!

This trip was so eye opening and quite transformative. āœØšŸƒšŸŒˆ I’ve been completely mesmerized by the exquisite beauty of this earth. I’ve been brought back to our roots, to our true essence. Pachamama, Mother Earth has covered me with love and showed me what we’re really made of. Tayta Nina, Father Fire has purified me with so much power and removed all that isn’t needed. The things I’ve seen and learned can hardly be expressed in words. I’ve realized how minuscule and temporary this life on earth is and at the same time how vast and infinite our souls are. I’ve experienced the entire universe within me and my only hope is that one day, we all get to experience this again. šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ™šŸ¼ GRACIAS por enseƱarme a caminar con flores y perfumes!

Assume the identity of the thing you want to become and watch reality re organize itself around you. This is the science behind the art of manifestation. The fastest way to quantum shift into your ideal reality is by recoding your internal reality so that the external world can catch up, NOT the other way around. I’ve been studying quantum physics and shamanism for years. I’ve been working with plant medicine and breath work to access higher states of consciousness. I am a Yoga Teacher NLP certified Hypnotherapist Human Design coach I combine my expertise in these areas to bring your Heart-Brain into coherence so you can quantum shift faster! I am launching my very first course teaching you how to use all these tools (and some more I’ll share about soon) so you can learn how to create your ideal reality. Feminine power is on the rise again. And no, this is not about diminishing men and their qualities. It’s about a rebellion against systematic control and the return to intuitive embodied power for the collective good instead of just personal gain. This is a battle between essence and ego. We’ve been living under a very masculine energy for a long time focused on dominance, logic, aggression without compassion, nurture or harmony. But times are rapidly changing. And this is causing a massive shake and panic among the outdated systems. This is the same thing that was so feared years ago during the witch trials. Even long before that, men realized the power of women and decided to place themselves on a higher pedestal. Creating one of the most powerful systems of control and submission. Religion. Where obedience and fear was the number one principle. (Do this or you will be punished). Feminine power is feared because at its core, it cannot be controlled. It always flows and it knows how to create life even from ashes. This feminine energy is rising as we reclaim our power by tuning into our bodies. When you learn how to listen to your intuition and trust it over a ā€œlogicalā€ option. The new earth is all about these principles, building connection and nurturing the community instead of using manipulation or always being in competition to be ā€œon topā€. Devine feminine energy does not mean weakness. It means to do the hard work of breaking generational chains. That’s the real healing. The Devine feminine is not at war with the masculine nor is trying to dim it. It knows how to honor it as a sacred counterpart. Not beneath it or above it, but beside it. As equals in power and purpose. By returning to our feminine we are aligning ourselves with the wisdom of the earth. This is what I’m here to spread and help both men and women embody their feminine and balance their energies to live in alignment and expand their consciousness because when one person awakens, the collective does too!

Often we suppress feelings in hopes to make them go away (I used to do this), not knowing that all we’re doing is digging them deeper within so they can manifest later on in different ways. When we allow ourselves to feel every emotion we open up a door for these to move through us. This is a practice I started a long time ago, after going through a pretty devastating heartbreak, I found myself unable to hide the pain so I allowed myself to cry, to hurt, to grieve. šŸ’” By honoring what needed to be moved in my body I found a way out of those feelings. It wasn’t a quick process but eventually what felt stuck begin to soften and slowly release. I used to repress my feelings for fear of getting hurt, without realizing I was only hurting myself. One of the biggest lessons I ever learned is ā€œthe only way out is throughā€ ✨ Your body holds so much wisdom and in it you can find the keys to freedom. All heaviness can be alchemized into light and clarity. You just need to allow yourself to feel those heavy emotions. šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø Wearing my new @indigoluna.store šŸ«¶šŸ¼

No matter how the conversation starts, you will most likely find me talking about consciousness or plant medicine or meditation or the journey of the soul in human experience in almost every conversation. And I understand those conversations are not for everyone because not everyone is ready for truth and what comes with it. Some people prefer to coast just over the surface, without diving deeper. And that’s probably their own path to follow. It’s not my responsibility to convince anyone otherwise or force anyone to walk the same path I walk. What I can do and will always do is offer my own perspective from my own experiences and offer guidance and support if that’s something they’re looking for. So it’s okay if they don’t invite me to parties. I am here if you want to talk about deep things that not everyone can hold space for. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

-Woman who run with the wolves. By far one of my favorite books! It encourages women to take back our power and to honor our natural cycles. Tuning into our intuition is coming back to ourselves. Connecting with our highest selves. Listening to our true essence and where is guiding us to. It’s not easy but it is a birthright we all come to this earth with. I do my best to listen to it daily. To honor my body when it tells me to stop, not that way, or to just trust and take a big leap. My wish is that more and more people, not just women (but specially women, because it is us who have been suppressed and told to conform to a patriarchal system), can learn how to trust the flow of life. I believe we are on the way… Towards remembrance, Towards alignment, Towards home. ✨

The suffering is never in the doing. It is in the attachment to how it ā€œhasā€ to unfold. The Bhagavad Gita reminds us to give our full heart to our actions but to release our grip on the outcome. This is something I am currently being reminded of as I walk through a very challenging season of transition and recalibration. Detachment is trusting that what’s meant for you doesn’t need force. It’s choosing peace over control. It’s showing up fully… and then letting go. And here is where we can often find resistance, when you keep showing up and maybe don’t see results right away. When it feels like all the effort is not manifesting how you expected it to. Perhaps it’s time to let go of the grip, of the expectations, let go of the ā€œhowā€ Letting go of control has been a big lesson in my life and it can be pretty nerve wracking to walk in full faith without certainty of the outcome yet still being fully invested and trusting in the process. This is what real freedom looks like. Not letting anything take your peace away and at the same time being actively involved with anything that comes along your path without being consumed by it. You can care deeply and still be free.

Most people are following timelines that were never truly theirs. Graduate by this age. Start the career by this age. Have everything ā€œfigured outā€ by this age. But some paths aren’t meant to look normal. Some of us are here to question the script, take the longer road, pause when everyone else is sprinting, and build a life that actually feels aligned instead of just acceptable. Not rushing doesn’t mean you’re behind. It means you’re listening. To your intuition. To your rhythm. To the timing that only your soul understands. The truth is… when you stop forcing life to match everyone else’s pace, you start creating something far more powerful: your own path. And the people who look like they’re ā€œaheadā€ now may one day wish they had the courage to slow down and choose their own way too. Trust your timing. Trust your unfolding. What’s for you, will find you. ✨ If you’re learning to regulate your nervous system and move through life with more alignment instead of pressure, I created a meditation bundle exactly to help you move through that with more ease. Comment SHIFT and I’ll send you the free guide with simple things you can start doing today to raise your frequency. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Lately I’ve been questioning a lot what I once thought was ā€œnormal.ā€ Not asking myself what will get me further the fastest… but asking what actually allows my body to soften and my soul to light up. Living in a constant state of tension, rushing, and stress has become so normalized that peace almost feels unfamiliar. Most of us were taught how to perform, achieve, and keep pushing forward. But rarely we are taught how to feel safe while actually living this human experience. I think it’s not about keep adding and accumulating but about clearing out all the extra stuff, making space for a life you don’t have to constantly recover from. Pay attention to your body because it holds so much energy, patterns, beliefs… and it reflects on your nervous system being dysregulated.
