The bright colours may appear naive and joyful, yet beneath them lie dozens of layers of dark pessimism. The final layer of “This Belongs to the Past” marked the moment I moved beyond my own illusions, a moment in which uncertainty ceases to be perceived as a threat and transforms into clarity.

On 31.12.2025 this space became my home, where layer by layer the painting unfolds, and so do I. What happens on the canvas is never separate from what happens within. Each layer carries what needed time to surface and settle.
