THE MOST AMAZING LOBSTER PASTA!
It's been a while since I've visited
@sofia.bistro and nothing's changed. It was still as amazing as when I first went when it first opened.
I tried some new dishes and everything we chose I was impressed.
They gave us some complimentary pepitas that were nice and salty and crunchy. The scallops were perfectly cooked, the haloumi was delicious, and something new on the menu since I last went was the baked lobster rigatoni - OMG! I absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back for it. Vodka sauce and lobster are a perfect match!
The Scotch Fillet was tender and just melted in your mouth, and the sides were so flavoursome and delicious!
A perfect lunch topped with the perfect food and perfect service!

1/2 Shell Scallops, roasted chilli butter
Haloumi, local honey, lemon
Baked lobster rigatoni, tomato vodka sauce
Scotch fillet steak 350g, Sofia condiment, jus
Cypriot lemon potatoes
Whipped local ricotta, pomegranate, citrus, mint
Radicchio salad, manchego, serrano, melon
DESSERT:
Chocolate semi freddo, hazelnut, sea salt, cocoa, caramel
MOCKTAIL:
STAYCATION - Coconut, Passionfruit, Orgeat
