• What’s bugging me in my life?
• What little steps can I take to change things up?
You know, anxiety can be like a little nudge from your inner self, reminding you that something’s up. It often pops up when you’re about to try something new, or when you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by what’s going on around you.
Maybe it’s your job, your relationships, feeling like you need a hobby, or those dreams you’ve been putting off.
