We have heard you!!! With our new self-service farmshop, you can stop by at anytime between 7-18 to pick up produce. You need MitID and a phone to enter the shop, and Mobilepay to pay for the products.
For now, in the shop you can find:
Pasteuriset Milk

Fermented tomatoes
Mince pork
Mince beef
Bone broth
Egg
We will add to the products as more come into season or are ready.
We cannot wait to add cheese, bacon, bbq sausages, guanciale as well as honey and tomatoes later in the season!

100% græsbaseret mælkeproduktion i symbiose med naturen
Vi har fået tilsagn om etableringsstøtte til unge landbrugere finansieret af EU. Vi har store planer for Søagergård i 2024. Vi er ved at udvide vores mælkeproduktion samt etablere et gårdmejeri. Vi er også i gang med at etablere rækker af frugttræer og buske, samt poppel og pil på vores græsmarker i såkaldte ”silvopasture”, så vi forbedrer vores græs og jord og skaber læ for vind og vejr til vores dyr. Vi har også fået sat endnu en polytunnel op, så vi kan udvide vores grøntsagsproduktion og have bedre forhold for dyr og vores jord om vinteren.
Projektets mål er at vise hvordan landbrug igennem samabejde med dyr og planter kan være med til at forbedre vores jord, natur og nærmiljø, og derigennem producere lokale sunde højkvalitetsfødevarer der giver næring til krop, sjæl og fælleskab. Projektet forventes at resultere i at vi kan tilbyde vores kunder mejeri- og kødprodukter der er produceret og fremstillet på Søagergård i symbiose med naturen.
100% grass-based milk production in symbiosis with nature
We have been awarded establishment support for young farmers, financed by the EU. We have big plans for Søagergård in 2024. We are expanding our milk production and establishing a farm dairy. We are also in the process of establishing rows of fruit trees and bushes, as well as poplar and willow on our grasslands in silvopasture, so that we improve our grass and soil and create shelter from wind and weather for our animals. We have also had another polytunnel set up, so that we can expand our vegetable production and have better conditions for animals and our soil in winter.
The project’s goal is to show how agriculture, through cooperation with animals and plants, can help to improve our soil, nature and local environment, and thereby produce local, healthy, high-quality food that nourishes the body, soul and community. Vi elsker den kraft og energi som vores dyr giver til jorden. Det er magisk at se hvordan naturen bruger et “restprodukt” som den vigtigste ingrediens for at skabe mere og bedre mad til dyrene og derved os.
Med andre ord vi elsker tis og lort! Ja det er måske mærkeligt at skrive men det er helt sandt. Det er den vigtigste del af regenerering af jorden, og uden dyrene kan det ikke lade sig gøre, lige så effektivt. Hønsene og køerne er et magisk “Dream Team” der har forskelig indvirken på jorden. Hønsene skraber og gøder, køerne spiser græsset inden der går i frø, og tilføjer en anden type gødning.
Dog er Andy også en vigtig del af vores “Dream Team” sammen med vores høns og køer, da han skal sikre at dyrene bliver flyttet videre på det helt rigtige tidspunkt, og kommer tilbage inden græsset er vokset for meget.

Det er maj måned! Vi har alle travl med vigtige opgaver, både dyr og mennesker. Der skrabes, gødes, græsses, bestøves, flyttes, og alle gør sit til at jorden bliver bedre, med endnu bedre græs om få uger. Alt i mens vi venter på nye kalve, og arbejder på højtryk i produktionskøkkenet.

Every day is new grass day, and every day is as exciting as the last. Today, Pinky, Amber and Bella were the last to realise that new grass was on offer, so they had to move fast!! With a few exciting dance moves, and some moos, everyone made it to the new paddock.

It is just such a unique and beautiful sound, when milk is being made. The sound of grass being ripped over by the rapid pulls from the cow as it’s wrapped around its tongue.
With the backdrop of the setting spring sun, it was a beautiful end to a busy day of preparing our cows summer palace and planning new ways to make our products available to you. It has been a day well-spent!

It’s that wonderful time a year where we once again are bringing our cows to pasture after morning milking. It may be one of our very favourite things to do on the farm. It still amazes me how these wonderful beings are making grass into delicious milk for their calves and for us while also nurturing our soil and environment. They are truly magical.
