Thank you for the most incredible welcome to Old York Road! Our opening was beyond anything we could have dreamed of - we sold out so quickly that we had to close at 3pm (our buns sold out in just 2 hours both days!). To anyone who missed out or came a little later, we’re so sorry - we’re working hard to bake more to keep up with the amazing demand. The support from this wonderful community has truly meant the world to us! We feel the love 💛
We just want to say huge thank-you to everyone who made this possible: our incredible Wandsworth team, working tirelessly and keeping smiles high; Oli, our Site Manager, who has put in long hours preparing the space and ensuring everything ran perfectly while making it feel like home from day one; our bakers in East Dulwich for keeping the buns flowing, and all our Edinburgh teams for their support while our team was whisked away to London to help make the opening weekend so special.
Our biggest thanks and shoutout to Tim, our Head of Ops London, who has dedicated a huge amount of time, made countless trips and worked tirelessly to make this place perfect. We couldn’t have done it without him. And of course, Åsa, our MD, for her guidance and vision throughout.
