IAN HARRIS JOINS THE WORLDS PANEL 🌍🔥
Ian Harris has been around the SOAR journey from the early days, and now we get to bring him back to Manchester as part of our 2026 judging panel. 💜
Originally from Dublin and now based in London, Ian’s career took off at 19 after performing on The X Factor, appearing in both week one and the finale. Since then, he has built an incredible career across dance, performance, teaching, creative direction and hosting.
His journey has taken him around the world — training at major international dance camps, later teaching at them, and working across some huge stages and productions.
Credits include Eurovision, Rita Ora, Sam Ryder, The X Factor, EMA’s, Free Your Mind, Bebe Rexha, Google, Wicked, Better Man, Joy Awards, Ashnikko, HDI Dance Camp, Take Flight and FairPlay Dance Camp.

We’re proud to welcome Lil Phil to the judging panel for SOAR World Championships 2026 🌍
A true pioneer of the international Hip Hop scene, Lil Phil has been representing the culture worldwide since the age of 8. From training with legends like Crazy Legs and Ken Swift of Rock Steady Crew, to working alongside choreographers for Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey and more — his journey has taken him across the globe.
A member of Magic Force and Whogotskillz, Phil has managed European tours, assisted on major productions, and delivered workshops during tours for artists including Chris Brown, Usher and Justin Timberlake.
Known for his creativity, musicality and explosive energy, Lil Phil is without doubt one of the most respected names in Hip Hop worldwide… and we cannot wait to have him with us in Manchester this August 🔥
