no matter which path your life takes, it’ll always lead you where you’re belonging 🍃

it’s been taking me quite a long time to accept and fully emerge into the world of solo ballroom dancing (and I’m sure it’s still not the end of my path). the last year has been incredibly hard for me and I’m slowly finding my way back and onto the dance floor - because after all, that’s what really matters: to do what you love, no matter what. and I can be so proud of myself for going this way!
because without that, this wouldn’t have been possible:
- early in october, I placed 3rd on the (mixed) german championship solo and with that becoming female german champion 🥹🥉🏆
- late october, dancing and winning my first WDSF solo competition in platja d‘aro 🥇
- in two weeks, I will be dancing my first ever WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 🥹😍
this is a dream that I thought would never come true… I‘m so overwhelmed and excited! 🥰
even with all the doubt, maybe that is part of my journey in healing and accepting who I am and what I’m capable of. just trust the process one might say.

although this year hasn’t been an easy one for me, photo-wise it was a blast! In total, I have • taken pictures at 13 tournaments 💃🏼 • probably spent over 100 hours capturing those moments and surely double the amount in post-production ⏳ • clicked more than 30.000 times on the shutter button (wild guess) 📸 • created countless beautiful everlasting memories 💅🏼 • met a lot of wonderful people on the way 🥰
To each and everyone I had the honor to get to know or created memories for - thank you for crossing my path and leaving a small or bigger impact in my life! Thanks for your support and trust! 🤍
