April at the Snug ☕️
April was a fantastic month! We had @jeremysassoonmusic with an incredible night of jazz and good vibes. Followed by @policedoghogan with a brilliant evening of dancing and fun!
Alongside the music, we’ve been busy decorating lots of cupcakes and celebrating the start of @dorchesterfestival
It’s been so lovely to see so many of you stopping by!

Last week we welcomed the children of Dorchester-on-Thames primary school to @bishopscourtfarm to help us decorate cupcakes for the upcoming @dorchesterfestival for us to sell in the cafe.
We had so much fun seeing their creativity and very impressive designs!
A big well done to all the children involved. Keep your eyes out for our festival special cupcake!

A sold out @woodhq Happenings gig for the heart wrenchingly brilliant @henrygracemusic and the fantastic @policedoghogan , who lifted the roof last night, and attracted fans from across the south of England. The atmosphere was electric! ⚡️

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open Lambing Days 2026!🐑
We’ve had such a wonderful time welcoming you all to the farm and sharing such a special part of the season with you. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did.
This year has been an incredible lambing season, welcoming 35 single lambs, 160 sets of twins and 15 sets of triplets to the farm! That’s a lot of very happy, healthy lambs!
A huge thank you to all of our amazing stallholders and our brilliant volunteers who helped make the days run so smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you.
And of course, @snug_bcf kept everyone well fed throughout the day, serving up some delicious food using our own organic farm pork and more!
Thank you again for being part of it. We hope to see you all back on the farm soon!
