Come explore OMNIDIRECTIONALITY with Kristen Greco & Rosemary Hannon at the New Year's Jam! Biomechanics of Contact: The Listening Body This class explores the meeting point of biomechanics and Contact Improvisation through the language of fascia, fluid, and momentum. By slowing down, we awaken the subtle intelligence of the extracellular matrix and the receptor sites woven through our connective tissue. Through attentive modulation and neuromuscular repatterning, we refine perception and expand our omnidirectional responsiveness. Moving from mechanical to musical, we discover how the living architecture of the body learns to feel, adapt, and respond in contact.
