This is what community care looks like in action.
Last November, NPhA and SNPhA chapters across the country took diabetes awareness directly to the people who needed it most.
From glucometer demonstrations in Cincinnati to free health screenings in Chicago to a "Know Your Numbers" initiative at Palm Beach Atlantic University that tested nearly 50 community members before the holidays.
Our pharmacists and student pharmacists are showing up, rolling up their sleeves, and doing the work where it matters most. That's who we are.
