Solo traveling isn't always easy. I discovered here that it can be quite lonely at times. Fortunately, every now and then you meet some really nice people with whom you can share beautiful moments and show us bits of each other's culture.

Donderdag 7 mei hebben een leuke social trailrun met @hoka_eu Meld je aan en kom de nieuwe speedgoat7 testen op de Rotterdamse alp. De skiberg in het Bergsche bos. Aanmeld link is te vinden in de bio.

Volgende week zondag naast de 9 km ook de optie om er een 20 km loop van te maken.
Het voelt alsof het vandaag nieuwjaar loop was en alsof de marathon van vorige week de jaarwisseling markeerde. Iedereen gefeliciteerd met de prestatie van vorige week!
Dit soort zondagen, met dit perfecte weer, is iets waar we de hele week naar uitkijken.

Despite the very cold conditions, the Ha Giang Loop was a fantastic experience. Once again, I met so many wonderful people along the way.
