Reflecting on a fantastic day at the 2026 H3 Summit with Olympic Winter Institute of Australia and Snow Australia.
Delivered to athletes, coaches and support staff across Australia’s winter sport pathway, this year’s Summit centred around the theme “Transition” — exploring new perspectives, challenging routines and developing meaningful rituals that can support both performance and wellbeing in everyday life.
A sincere thank you to our keynote speakers, panelists and practitioners for generously sharing their experiences, knowledge and insights throughout the day. Your contributions sparked important conversations and provided valuable tools for our high performance community to take forward into their environments.
