Another 10k last night, tried to push myself to see how long I could maintain a 12kph pace, managed for a while but burnt myself out for the rest of the run 🥵
So yesterday was a bit of a rubbish mental health day for me, but had my buddy to help me walk it off. Another 15k last night, annoyingly the treadmill seems to automatically go into cool down after so long, so I had to start it back up and run the last .4 km. Sorry for the shaky photos I was knackered!
