Built during one of my toughest transitions I’ve faced in life thus far. So many trials and tribulations, endless nights of no sleep..nervous breakdowns that tested my faith. Self doubt that clouded my judgement, broken spirited because after investing over a quarter million dollars with no return I felt like giving up was the only answer to ending the mental anguish I’ve quietly faced since signing this lease OCTOBER 2023 🗓️
Financially stretched, physically exhausted, mentally at my lowest but still having to show up and carry my other businesses on my back..I know I am a child of the most high, and one of Gods strongest soldiers, when I am called no matter the test I show up gracefully walking in faith and favor.
But still I couldn’t for the life of me understand why I had to continuously walk through the valley of the shadows of death to get here. I couldn’t quite grasp how easy it was to lose my sense of direction, but then I learned the power of stillness. The power of detachment. The power of discernment.
In the midst of opening another new business working day in and day out to see it through I had to take a step back and realize how empty my glass truly was.
At some point it finally clicked.
OVER + FLOW 🤎
was built for me to sow into those who were too losing sight of their calling. Who too needed redirection, reassurance, and reminder of how obedience will carry you through.
Creating a safe space. A safe haven. One place you can walk in to with your glass empty and leave with it overflowing. A space where we listen and we don’t judge. A space where vulnerability is the environment. Welcoming all genders to receive no matter what you identify with.
