In the quiet corners of cramped studios and the unlikely pockets of space between coffee tables and chaos, we dancers find a way—because we must. Let’s be real—your excuses are like that expired yogurt in the back of your fridge: questionable at best, toxic at worst. “I’m too tired.” “I’ll start tomorrow.” “It’s too hard.” Meanwhile, the version of you that actually *does* the thing is out there, living rent-free in your head, waiting for you to stop negotiating with mediocrity.
The Stoics had it right: obstacles don’t block the path, they *are* the path. Bad weather? Train anyway. Busy schedule? Wake up earlier. Motivation missing? Discipline picks up the slack.
