I’m constantly obsessing over ‘urgency vs importance.’ A part of growth is recognizing the importance in balancing both of these things in a galley or kitchen. Often times I’d bulldoze through crew meals or service only prioritizing time and speed, while only later considering aesthetic. Often times making unnecessary mistakes that could’ve been avoided had I been more mindful. Was proud of this service as I noticed improvement, finding balance & harmony. We’re learning, we’re evolving 😊
