Huge shoutout to the @boulevardinvestmentgroup (BIG) - especially President Miles Merlin (B.B.A. ’26) and Vice President Jonah Swann (B.B.A. ’27) - for bringing the inaugural BIG Pitch Competition to life. Entirely student‑run, this event put SMU Cox on a national stage, welcoming top undergraduate investment teams from across the country for a full day of live pitches. 📈💡
The day also featured standout keynotes and Q&A with industry leaders Drew McKnight, co‑CEO of Fortress Investment Group, and Brandon Wier, BWCP founding partner and former Citadel portfolio manager.
