DCFC X SMPLFD
Limited Edition Merch Drop Celebrate 10 years of Detroit City FC at Keyworth Stadium with a special collaboration between DCFC and SMPLFD. This exclusive capsule features a custom-designed cap and hoodie, built for the faithful. The hoodie is an 11 oz heavyweight — perfect for cool summer nights — with an oversized, drop-shoulder fit and a slightly cropped cut. Yellow screen-printed graphics meet vibrant red flocking for a tactile, plush texture you have to feel to believe. The cap is an unstructured 5-panel snapback with a mid-crown trucker profile, crafted from lightweight 100% cotton, complete with a tonal underbill and plastic snap closure. Available exclusively at the DCFC Club Shop in Capitol Park and Keyworth Stadium starting tomorrow at 4 PM — during the match against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC. Limited quantities. First come, first served Thank you @dianemichellephotog @lukejaden9 Styling: @bad_galrayray @detroitcityfootballclub @bailes1999 @isojordan_ Music by @raaaaaaaphy

The first in our Vendor Partner Spotlight series — and what better way to kick it off than by introducing our favorite apparel company that prints all of DOCR’s merchandise?! SMPLFD is your one-stop shop for all things merch and apparel, from embroidery and screen printing to graphic design. 🪡🎨✨ Founded by Justin Fishaw and Andrew Davis, @smplfd started in 2004 as an online clothing brand — primarily on Myspace (throwback!). In 2016, they added screen printing and design services to the mix for friends and close contacts. The rest is history. Today, they’re based in Detroit’s Islandview neighborhood in a shared building with @spotlitedetroit , serving institutions across the city and beyond. Not only is their work top-tier, but the people behind the scenes are the absolute sweetest to collaborate with. 💌 We love working with the fine folks at @smplfdprinting and are so grateful they reached out in 2021 to kick off our partnership. Remember the pink and black Palm tees and hoodies? That was our very first project together — and both SMPLFD and DOCR still get inquiries about them. Maybe there’s a reprint in our future… ;) And how serendipitous is it that the SMPLFD crew happens to be full of coffee lovers? ☕️ Their go-to drinks? Much like the seasons, they rotate — from iced to hot, batch brew to americanos, dirty chai lattes, and the occasional seasonal drink when they’re feelin’ fancy. If you haven’t been to their space yet, we highly recommend checking out their in-house shop and soaking in all the details of the cutest print shop in Detroit. 💖

Limited release Live at the Liquid Room World Tour 30th Anniversary For purchase at tour venues “For that night at the Liquid Room in Tokyo, I knew I needed to have something that would end any question of whether Techno Music had arrived. I wanted to have something that marked the end and the beginning of something else. A new way to think about dance music. That something was called ‘i9’.” — Jeff Mills Source: DJ Mag, 15 October 2024
