An AGM to remember @smithersbrewing
A huge thank you to our members and everyone who joined us for the Smithers District Chamber of Commerce AGM this Wednesday (we only had a chance to snap a few photos at the end), we’re so grateful to be part of such a strong, engaged, and dynamic business community.
This year, we shook things up and hosted our meeting right on the production floor at Smithers Brewing Company, and what a unique AGM space! The energy, atmosphere, and creativity of the setting made for a memorable event.
Following the meeting, members connected, laughed, and stepped a little outside their comfort zones with axe throwing thanks to @battleaxebc - bringing a fun and unique twist to Chamber networking! 🪓
A big thank you to our awesome Board of Directors for your leadership, time, and commitment to supporting our business community. Events like this remind us that the Chamber is more than meetings, it’s about connection, collaboration, and community building. Thank you for being part of it.

Part of our Skeena Seasonal Series, this spring release is more than just a beer — it’s a reflection of place.
Brewed as a Belgian-style witbier with coriander, chamomile, and lemongrass, Cloudwaters is light, citrusy, and refreshing — inspired by the changing season and the waters that shape this valley.
Featuring artwork by renowned Canadian artist Roy Henry Vickers, whose work is deeply rooted in connection to the land and the belief that we are not separate from it, but a part of it, this beer carries that same spirit forward.
The name itself draws from the Skeena River — often called “water of the clouds” — a place of life, story, and deep cultural meaning here in Northwest BC.
A beer for spring, for the river, and for staying connected to what matters. 🌧️🌿🍺
