Mics Used:
DPA 4055 on the kick drum
DPA 4011 on the snare top
DPA 2012 on the snare bottom
DPA 4099 on the floor tom
and DPA 2015 as the overheads.
Processing:
Shaped the low end using UAD Little Labs Voice Of God on the kick drum mic, glued it all together with the UAD SSL E Channel Strip across the kit and added punch + attitude with the UAD Empirical Labs Distressors on the overheads.
And finally, dialing in the drum sound in the box using Orion and The God Particle. @jaycenjoshua

2024, what a great year this was! I had a lot of good and bad experiences, met new people, made new friends, pushed my comfort zone, learned important life lessons and so much more. One hell of a roller coaster ride!
But most importantly, I see a growth in me!
