This mother-son duo draws on a rich and vibrant musical heritage. Having grown up in kitchen parties in the Évangéline region (PEI), they were immersed in Acadian, Scottish-Canadian, Irish-Canadian, and Québécois traditions. Their repertoire, both traditional and contemporary, is driven by their strong bond and creativity, and is marked by their unique swing.

Along with club & festival shows in Canada & the United States, Nudie has showcased at the North by Northeast Festival, the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals, the Americana Music Festival in Nashville and the North American Folk Alliance in Memphis, Tennessee.
Tre Sutherland is a Cree fiddle player born in Timmins, Ontario, with roots in Northern Manitoba.
Blending prairie traditions, northern stories, and the many fiddle styles gathered along the way, his music carries the spirit of the camps, kitchens, and communities where he first discovered the joy of sharing tunes.
