What do you say about this event! They put us in between two legends in the game and we came out swinging. Collard Green chermoula dressed a black eye pea salad that allowed a charred piece of NY strip( thank you Buckhead Beef)🥩 to sit atop! Garnished with Smoked cornbread and sesame seeds…. This by far not your traditional meal when you consider eating a steak but I’m a southern guy and southern ingredients are what I love! This was a day of impact and pure passion! Thank you to rare for allowing us to swing for the fences, to @_talya84_ TALYA and @chefrobertbutts ROBERT EUGENE…. No amount of words can be formulated to describe the Immense greatness i have for you in my life and cooking careers, thank you! & To the fans thank you… long line(patience) coming back again(thank you) 3-4 times 🤯🤯 you all take the cake for the day!!
