❌ Erythritol (Sweetener). A sugar alcohol often used to dilute monk fruit in order to cut costs. Research has linked erythritol to an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.⠀

❌ Stevia (Sweetener). Plant-based, but often leaves a metallic aftertaste. Early research suggests it may negatively affect the gut microbiome, though more studies are needed.⠀
