Welcome to Bar Andino at Small Time sitting under and around Small Time Studios! “Andino” is a colloquial term used across South America when referring to Arts, people, food & culture, native to the wildly diverse Andes Mountains.
Bar Andino is a partnership between Small Time Group & Chilean chef Nelson Burgos, who has worked in some of Melbourne’s pioneer restaurants such as Mamasita & The press Club.
Nelson has created a menu built around the Empanada - the perfect bar snack/street food found throughout South America. Stone baked fresh, the fillings include old time classics, as well as some wicked flavour bombs inspired by his travels.
In keeping with the essence of Small Time, Bar Andino is a warm & inviting place where our Locals and not so local amigos will be welcomed back from July 25th!
The Small Time vibe created by Steve & Liz has always been a crowd favourite and will continue. The pool table, happy hour bevs, interesting wines and beers aren’t going anywhere! The Rooftop Patio will re-open when the spring sun shines.
