This past Sunday, June 8, 2025, the Carib Swim Team proudly hosted the final swim meet of the 2024–2025 season the Summer Sizzler bringing together athletes, coaches, families, and supporters for a spirited day of competition, camaraderie, and celebration.
The St. Maarten Aquatic Federation (SMAF) extends heartfelt congratulations to all swimmers who participated throughout the season. Your dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship continue to inspire us all. The Summer Sizzler was a fitting finale full of energy, enthusiasm, and fast swims that showcased how much our athletes have grown this year.
As we wrap up the season, SMAF would like to wish all local teams a well-deserved summer break. To those athletes who are leaving the island to continue their educational and swimming careers abroad, we send our very best wishes for success in this exciting new chapter. Know that you always have a home pool here in St. Maarten.
We’re already looking forward to the start of the 2025–2026 swim season, and can’t wait to see all our athletes return healthy, recharged, and motivated for what’s ahead.
