This @slrspeed looks way too nice be putting on the ECO-Boost BMW. 😂 Ep. 15 of DDM IRL just dropped where we install my most important modification of the off-season for the car. That is a real angle kit and it’s also my first time installing one. Huge thank you to @dbd.aaron for helping on install and @travisreeder for the recommendations on settings. This is going to transform the car. (PS. We are changing the sway bar) A lot more DDM IRL content is coming very soon!
New ride for fuel fest Tampa since my car is still not back from Aruba. Huge shout out to @slrspeed for sending us to @fuelfest Tampa with their C6 vette loaded with Slr two ways and their big angle kit. Should be a blast. Chase has driven on just about every coilover brand from bottom line to top level Penske & Ohlins.
Most buy, adapt, and if they ride decent they think they’re great but that is a low bar…there is so much more to it. We find that the biggest hype brands are often the worst functioning. However we understand the happy medium of spending $1300-$2000 on a good set of coilovers. After all we have a lot of cars, we can’t spend $4,000+ on coilovers of all of them.
We’re excited to try @slrspeed coilovers, their other product offerings are fantastic and they’re well priced. They’ve put a lot of thought into internal design.
