This week was next level. I’m so passionate about the lifestyle here on the central coast. Starting off with massage and cupping from @slocomassage was INCREDIBLE. They’ve got an insane special going on right now for $119 per month you get a 50 minute massage plus two services! I just learned about their cool jet plasma therapy. As I inch my way to 50 yo I’m so on board with aging holistically. Sophie was able to educate me and share the science behind the mixed use of cryo, red light and CJ plasma. 🙏🏻 Second ocean experience with my brother from another mother Stu, owner of @shellbeach.surfshop happened. 🌊 He’s taken me under his wing. When Beau and I lived in HI I had a traumatic surfing event and Stu’s helped me to rebuild my confidence. This week we started at a spot to SUP and he saw my discomfort and immediately changed the course. We packed up and went to the calm waters of Avila, immediately a dolphin cascaded up and over the water.✨🐬Nothing better than packing up the boards, changing clothes and e-biking to lunch @ventanagrill with @yoyainpismo . ☺️ Rounding out the week meeting with my fellow board member Nancy from @slowomensnetwork to connect and then field trip to shop downtown SLO and show her all that’s new. Main feature was our fellow board members shop, @makingslo So in love with our culture, community, and the small businesses that make the Central coast so special.
