i’m alright with a slow burn…
after some years of having some vague ideas I finally found the courage to just start.
welcome to ‘slow burn’ — an exploration of intention and connection. this is supposed to be a space that hopefully inspires some of you to reduce the pace of life and listen to yourself and people around you.
hopefully this grows into a space where I can host everything i’m passionate about: stories, music and intimate physical events that help people connect.

earlier this year I fell out of love with myself and running —
after creating community spaces for the past years and prioritising the progress of others i realised how burnt out i was. trying to be the best version of myself at my job, in my community, at my racing team, as a friend, as a partner, in my own training.
currently reshaping my space in this sport and loving every second. 🫂🤍 it’s a wild privilege to have so many lifes in running and to be able to redefine it again and again.

wrote a bit more. this time about running and the death of an old me. currently coming to terms with the fact that every once in a while we end up redefining ourselves. in my case it is about redefining my relationship with running and being in a phase of renewal.

it really is about showing up with the intention to connect with yourself but also with others. Putting some love and kindness and grace above anything else.
