RIP Grumpuss the Cat. We had to say goodbye to her earlier today. Seems a lifetime since we got her from a shelter five and a half years ago. She was the most beautiful, surly, demanding and lovable companion all the way to the end. We’ll miss you grumps!

Here’s a poster I made just about a year ago. It was for a performance of Into The Woods by the Dublin based youth theatre group DADA. Like most live events last year, the performance never went ahead. I hadn’t shared the poster so I thought I would now. I was trying to channel a bit of classic fairytale illustrators like Arthur Rackham. Hopefully the poster will get to be used sometime soon!

I’ve finally got to try my hand at some actual comic pages. Thom Burgess has adapted four tales which inspired famous ghost stories, each handled by a different artist. I tackled the German folktale which inspired Washington Irving’s Sleepy Hollow. The book is available up on kickstarter (and already fully funded!)

Got to meet this chap in person last week. The Stallone Dredd was fairly pants but it did have some amazing practical designs specifically Mean Machine and this chap, the hammer-less Hammerstein ABC Warrior.
