MY ANSWERED PRAYER 💃🏽✨
All my life, whenever I knelt down to pray for a life partner, I always told my Father, “Lord please give me a man that can dance.”
Little did I know He was not just going to give me a man that can dance…
He gave me a man that will randomly spin me in the kitchen,
turn simple errands into practice sessions,
correct my steps in the middle of arguments 🙄,
and somehow still expect me to follow properly even when I’m holding my phone and snacks.
A random day in a dance couple’s life looks like:
“let’s go and dance in the rain” 🌧️💃🏽
“I just choreographed that song in my head”
“Stand here first” = surprise dip incoming
“Just 5 minutes” = 45 minutes rehearsal
and somehow… we are late everywhere but our steps are always on time 😌😌
God really said,
“You didn’t specify the level… so take a professional partner.”
