Revisited a @mischkapoledancer combo from online class about a month ago. Didn't quite get the rotation or angles I wanted but my brain got so lost in this live class so this was good progress! Also not the tip out we were meant to do but I didn't have the courage for a dragontail grip flip on the stage 🫣

I don't celebrate Easter, but I do celebrate the seasons 🐇🐣🌱 Spring is springing, things are changing, growth is happening inside and out. I am simultaneously experiencing a lot of sorrow and counting my blessings.

I am reminded again of my gratitude for my communities, as in the last few weeks, I have seen so many people lifting each other up despite being impacted themselves. On a whim, I decided to try training regrips for the first time on Thursday night! I'm honestly thrilled with my intuition and stoked that I listened to that little voice that said, "how about we try regrips instead?" Shoulder mount regrip felt solid right off the bat... so I thought, why not challenge myself? Over the moon to have stuck this elbow switch to cup grip Ayesha on my fourth try 🙌 Obviously, I've still got a lot of training ahead of me but this was a pretty encouraging day one 🤩
