Lauren was born and raised in Southern California, where she trained at Elevations Dance Studio under the direction of Alex and Robert Lee.
In 2012, she joined the Los Angeles-based contemporary company MASH-UP, directed by Sarah Rodenhouse and Victoria Brown, touring and performing across the country for four years.
Since 2013, Lauren has traveled nationally and internationally, working with pre-professional dancers in places like Australia, Japan, and Scotland.
Her choreography has earned multiple awards and recognition for its innovation and artistic voice.
She currently teaches in Orange County while continuing her career as a professional choreographer and dancer in the commercial world. Lauren is also part of the REVOLT faculty, sharing her vision and experience across Mexico.
Her mission is to create a space where dancers feel empowered, supported, and free to be their most authentic selves.
