Well there is obviously a lot going on in the world right now, and there are a ton of people exercising at home either by walking, running, or weight training. This is a mix that "Builds Up" as it goes. Starting with some lower tempo funk and disco style tracks mixed with a little hip-hop. As the mix progresses the tempo picks up and so does the energy.
